Postdoc Position - UMASS

A postdoctoral position is available immediately in a research group at the Department of Medicine, University of Massachusetts Medical School, to study immune signaling mechanisms and metabolism pathways in liver disease. The primary focus of the research is to employ molecular and cellular in vitro and in vivo translational approaches using models of liver injury to understand the mechanisms regulating immune cell function during liver inflammation, metabolism and fibrosis. The lab is looking for a highly motivated individual with sound knowledge and significant interest in cellular and molecular biology, and immunology. Applicants must possess a Ph.D. with a background in molecular biology and immunology demonstrated by peer-reviewed publications. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
