Submit to JLB: Extracellular Vesicles in Immunity Special Issue
The Journal of Leukocyte Biology announces a special Society for Leukocyte Biology member-driven issue dedicated to the Extracellular Vesicles in Immunity, to highlight the emerging roles that EVs play in inflammation and immunity. Accepted articles in member-driven issues are promoted to all of SLB, and have a history of garnering more downloads and citations than regular submissions.
This special issue will include several high-profile reviews contributed by leading scientists, with topics as follows:
Chantal Boulanger
The Institut National de la Santé et de la Recherche Médicale (INSERM) in Paris, France
EVs from endothelial cells
Éric Boilard
Centre de Recherche du CHU de Québec, Université Laval, in Québec, Canada
Platelet-derived EVs
Klaus Ley and Alex Marki
La Jolla Institute for Immunology, CA
Elongated neutrophil-derived structures (ENDS)
All SLB members are invited to submit original full-length research articles, concise reports, brief conclusive reports, or review articles. Review the Author Guidelines. The first 10 articles accepted will receive a 33% discount on publication fees. Submission deadline is Thursday, April 15th, 2021**. If submitting a review article, please email Mallary Greenlee-Wacker with a 1-2 sentence description.
