Register for SLB 2025

In order to register for SLB2025, you must be a member of the society.  These low meeting registration rates are for members only and no "non-member rates" are available.  If you wish to register for SLB 2025 and are not already a member, please join SLB first.

SLB invests over $1,500 per attendee for the annual conference. Registration fees for all education and career levels are significantly subsidized by the society and journal.

FOR UNDERGRADUATES ONLY: Special One Day only option for Undergraduates to join SLB2025 for Saturday, November 1st is available for $50. The program this day runs from 7am to 2:30pm. Undergraduates can join for one day and experience a conference, watch the poster flask talks, and present their own poster during the mid-day post session.  Undergraduates may still register for the entire conference as noted above if they prefer to join the entire conference.

Add-on options for additional events require main conference registration.

Registration includes all scientific sessions of the main conference (Oct. 30 - Nov. 1, 2025), included meals, breaks and socials as indicated in the program, access to the event app and Wi-Fi. Special Interest Group Satellites and the Professional Development Workshop Dinner are not included and require add-on purchases. Travel and accommodation costs are not included in the registration fee and are the sole responsibility of the individual. All fees listed in USD.

Cancellation, Refund, and Virtual Conversion Policy
2025 meeting registration fees are refundable minus a 15% processing fee for cancellation requests received in writing by August 29, 2025, 5pm ET. Without exception, no refunds will be provided after August 29, 2025 regardless of the reason for cancellation. If the event is converted to a virtual event, refunds will be provided for the difference between the in-person and virtual registration fees. In the event of a cancellation or conversion to virtual event, changes to travel, hotel and other arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual participant. The Society has no responsibility for making changes to arrangements related to individual attendance at the annual meeting or any obligation for resulting fees incurred by any individuals.
