Registration for SLB 2023 is closed.  Due to space limitations, no onsite registrations are permitted. Contact us if you have any last minute needs or questions and we will assist as best as possible.

NEW FOR UNDERGRADUATES ONLY: Special One Day only option for Undergraduates to join SLB2023 for Saturday, September 30th is available for $50. Undergraduates can join for one day and experience a conference, watch the poster flask talks, and present their own poster during the mid-day post session.  Undergraduates may still register for the entire conference as noted above. CLOSED

Add-on options for additional program sessions require main conference registration.

Registration includes all scientific sessions of the main conference (Sept. 28-30, 2023), included meals, breaks and socials as indicated in the program, access to the event app and Wi-Fi. Special Interest Group Satellites, Workshops, and the planned Botanical Garden Banquet are not included and require add-on purchases. Note that due to liquor licensing rules, no alcohol will be provided, or available for purchase, at the Botanical Garden banquet. Non-alcoholic drinks will be provided as part of that dinner. Travel and accommodation costs are not included in the registration fee and are the sole responsibility of the individual. All fees listed in USD.

Cancellation, Refund, and Virtual Conversion Policy The cancellation deadline has passed
2023 meeting registration fees are refundable minus a 15% processing fee for cancellation requests received in writing by August 21, 2023, 5pm ET. Without exception, no refunds will be provided after August 21, 2023 regardless of the reason for cancellation. If the event is converted to a virtual event, refunds will be provided for the difference between the in-person and virtual registration fees. In the event of a cancellation or conversion to virtual event, changes to travel, hotel and other arrangements are the sole responsibility of the individual participant. The Society has no responsibility for making changes to arrangements related to individual attendance at the annual meeting or any obligation for resulting fees incurred by any individuals.
