Poster Presentation Information

4 poster sessions will provide 4 unique sets of poster presentations. Authors of posters will formally present their work in four separate sessions listed below. Please ensure your poster is placed on your designated board no later than 1 hour prior to the start of the poster session and remove the poster immediately at the end of the session. Posters left up after the end of a poster session may be removed and discarded.

Please note that your abstract number is also your assigned poster board number.

Labeled boards will be provided so you may identify your assigned space . Posters must be sized 8 feet wide by 4 feet tall (or smaller). Posters larger than this will not fit on the board. Pushpins will be provided.
